The Pink Diamond Package ensures the coordination of every aspect of your big day. You have spent so long planning your wedding and the last thing you need is to be hassled or to burden family and friends.
From managing your suppliers, the set up and pack down of your ceremony, photos, the reception, to all the little surprises along the way, M's Events is there to ensure your day flows exactly how you have planned.
Our day will start when your day starts and ends when drinks and entree's have been served.
We will meet you in the morning and ensure your suppliers have arrived, check on the groom, then proceed to your ceremony location to meet with all suppliers and coordinate the precise set up according to your floor plan. We will manage the ceremony and your guests to ensure the seamless wedding ceremony you had envisioned.
We will be there to ensure each precious memory is captured, along with ensuring all your personal belongings arrive at the Reception.
We will liaise with your venue, ensuring it has been set up as promised and that your run sheet is running to schedule.
If there is anything specific you require, consider it done! M's Events will take care of it all so you can relax and enjoy one of the most important days of your life.
The Pink Diamond Package includes one onsite coordinator, four preparation meetings to discuss your run sheet, floor plans, seating plan and chart preparation, a venue site visit and a ceremony rehearsal.
White Diamond Package
You have planned your wedding to the last detail and you have the reception covered, M's Events can coordinate the rest.
Our day starts when your day starts. We will arrive at your location to guarantee you have everything you need to start your day. We ensure the arrival of your suppliers and check in on the groom and groomsmen.
We will then proceed to your ceremony location to meet with all suppliers and coordinate the precise set up according to your floor plan. We will manage the ceremony and your guests to ensure the seamless wedding ceremony you had planned.
While you are hurried off to photos, we will collect your marriage certificate and belongings and meet you at your photo shoot with nibbles, ensuring those perfect moments are captured.
The White Diamond Package includes one onsite coordinator, two preparation meetings to discuss your run sheet and floor plan and a ceremony rehearsal.
